Instructor was a sub. Can’t remember her name but she was great! I was hoping it wouldn’t be too challenging of a class (Friday evening) and she started by asking us how we were feeling and what kind of flow we wanted. Thankfully everyone wanted a slow flow!

    Blu 45 Boot Camp

Good circuit based class, however - we went 15 minutes over the allotted time! Need to work on time management of the class - but otherwise, great cardio/strength workout and nice facility.

    Beginner Muay Thai

This gym is awesome! My boyfriend and I joined for a Beginner Muay Thai class and loved it. He’s never done martial arts before and I’m a few years out of practice, but Bob and the entire team were so welcoming and willing to teach. Be ready to sweat. Also be ready for live partner drilling—Muay Thai is a martial art like taekwondo or karate, so don’t be surprised and honestly I think it’s a better workout that way! We really can’t wait to come back.

I really liked this class. Very uplifting and supportive, easy to drop into as a first timer. Not so much a work out focus as a dance technique focus, but I my heart rate got up there and I did break a little sweat.
