    Seeing I was going to train alone, the kind lady at the front desk asked the instructors if I could join the hiit / strength class. I was a bit nervous about taking part in a group class but I’m really glad I did it. The class was brilliant. The instructors were really upbeat and motivating, there was a good variety of different exercises and the instructors were checking for form. I will definitely be back again.

    Itwas a really good work out. Ewelina is great easy going and at same time thorough. I’ve done Zumba class with her too and she was great with it too. My only note for the class today is because the gin is using the same room for one after another different classes the floor is not that clean.

    I tried this class yesterday and it was nothing short of exceptional! I love Hilary’s no fuss approach (had me sweating during the warmup) but then also very supportive (easier option for each exercise). The atmosphere in the class was really bustling (Hilary brings good vibes and good tunes). I felt like all the mums were having a really good time and yet we were all focused on getting are exercises done. I am really feeling the workout today. I can’t wait for the next class next week!! Thank you Hilary!

    Kes is a really good massager who listens to your body and tailormakes his massage to you by focusing on the area that needs more attention. I was impressed by how he naturally put more/less pression by taking attention to my body's reactions when most of the other people need you to tell them what to do. He also gave me some good advice and simple exercices to do at home to get rid of some pain.

    Some may call the place ‚dated‘ I am calling it ‚charming and full of character‘. I used the swimming & sauna facilities only. The pool is medium sized, the lighting is fab, especially under water, the steam sauna is quite big & it was eucalyptus infused, the Finnish sauna is rather small & it was not very hot but still worth the experience; even a few loungers are available, as well as a proper cold shower for those who value these additions like I do; showers are plentiful, and the changing rooms are charmingly wood panelled. I went there in the eve, it was clean and luckily not too busy! Remember to bring your own towel & padlock though! Thank you to the team for this fab experience!
