Just Yoga and Herbs
Nice space, but some instructions could have been clearer. I followed GPS instructions to the address indicated, and the sign said the business was closed. There was no number listed for contact. I waited at what I found out later was the back door for nearly 15 minutes. I started to leave, but checked around the building first, and discovered another entrance back there. The instructor was nice, but did not introduce herself initially; I had to introduce myself to here. I think it's important to know who is teaching the class. Also, I gave up 7 credits for a Yoga and Herbs class only for her to tell us that class is every other Friday, and this was just a regular yoga class. I wouldn't have used 7 credits on just a regular yoga class! I also wish that she had offered more insight into the poses. I am not a beginner, but I am very rusty. Sometimes, talking through the poses so a student can check in with what they should be experiencing does help enhance clarity, understanding, and connection between the body and mind. Overall nice class, though.
