    Fantastic class! Leslie made it so fun with the music and the sets. She corrects your form without making you feel like you’re being reprimanded for doing something wrong! Definitely try a rep only class even if you are worried about being a novice to strength training.

    I was promptly greeted by their friendly manager, Nick. I think bc it was my first time at this location. There were also plenty of helpful, friendly faces. Shoe rentals are free here. Towels are already placed on each bike. Love the space and parking at the mall is ample and easy. Emily Grace is awesome, very nice and, though I haven’t taken a class with any other instructors, would be a good choice if you’re a beginner!

    Great place for open gym time. Clean, spacious, nice turf functional area, good mix of free weights and machines, Don’t know what else you could want. Also hit the sauna, steam, and finished with a shower. Love coming here when in town. Bring your your towel.
