Otherwise facility was clean/Covid procedures in place, and class programming was as expected. Just not as motivating without a live teacher.

There were a lot of instructions but not a ton of positivity haha. And with how difficult the class is, definitely could’ve used some love. Great workout overall though.

The class is mostly toning and strengthening and I found it to be very physically challenging, so it would probably be best for someone who already works out/strength trains frequently.

see all reviewsGreat class! We started with a tabata-type warmup, then worked on the same move with the barbell, then did HIIT-type cardio and cooled down with some stretching. Caitlyn was really friendly, encouraging, and helpful for newcomers with form and using all the equipment and such. Although classpass said this class was an hour we finished after 45-50 minutes.
