    Loved Arthur’s presence and instruction. The flow felt creative and the class offered just the right amount of challenge, left me feeling relaxed and grounded. I’ve been practicing yoga for 5+ years and this was one of the best classes I’ve ever taken.

    Myles is simply the best trainer! I’ve taken the core circuit class a couple times but today’s class in particular was really great! Challenging and with options for modifications to make it harder or easier.

    Class works for all levels of boxing experience. Instructor was knowledgeable and provided 1-on-1 support to help improve skill. Was a great workout and had factored in water breaks which was very much needed. My roommate and I went to a noon session and it was very personalized with modifications!
