The longer held out poses in the heated room are so beneficial to my body, and his incredible music selection that accompanies the class always elevates it to another level for me. He even implements a rainstick during our savasana at the end of class🙏🏼 It’s always just such a beautiful and restorative session and I am always grateful for when my week can incorporate one of these classes of his. I highly recommend checking this one out, and this studio in general🙌🏼

Such an amazing instructor he truly goes up to everyone in the class and pushed you past your limits, I’ve never seen anything like it and i have been to so many gyms across FL and AZ. It felt like the entire class knew each other for ages despite the case being the exact opposite of that. The instructor (Jennifer, I believe) was so kind, and encouraging, and they walked me through every step with such warmth and a comforting approach that I wasn't conscious or self-aware at all. I think this is a perfect class for any fitness level. I can't wait to go back! It's a small class, but you don't feel pressured by that at all. The flow is perfectly created where you don’t feel the strain of a workout in a negative way. In fact, it flew by!
