    This workout isn't for everyone. It's a super tough class that's not designed to cater to those who need modifications or breaks. My concern is this kind of environment can lead to injury if students aren't aware enough to know when the pain is leading to injury, not just working your muscles to failure. I particularly have noticed more shoulder tension since I started these classes. That said, it definitely is a good full body workout.

    G is my favorite! He motivating and has upbeat workout routines. In this class you use a skill mill though which is powered by yourself rather than electric which is great but also harder to force yourself to go faster imo
