    Love Flows 75: Vinyasa

Really appreciate how long Jack has been teaching (since he was a teenager!). Well balanced, thoughtful class. People on classpass seem to have a lot of feelings about chanting. (I don’t since singing is a proven stress reliever.) if it helps, there is no chanting, and the class starts and finishes on time.

    Yoga Flow

Expect to work hard in Roy's class. His flows and instructions are fast. Not for beginners. He is one of my all time favorite instructors.

Power Vinyasa Flow with Jeremy Falk

First time here and I really enjoyed Jeremy’s verbal affirmations and Bhakti playing. Other yogis were nice and friendly, and the heat wasn’t too hot. The flow felt very different from other vinyasa and hot yoga studios. I’m not sure how I feel about the tea room but you can’t hear them chatter when the door closes. I would come back!!!

    New Year's Day Flow

Absolutely incredible. No other way I'd want to start the year than with a 2 hour class filled with intention and spirituality. Perfect mix of community, meditation, and of course a fantastic flow. Everyone seemed to be floating light as a feather at the end 🪶

Love the teacher - so cheerful and vibrant! However, I recommend that the studio state that first timers wear shorts for the class. Myself and others in class did not realize this

    HPF - Hot Power Fusion

This was a lovely class! I didn't know what Hot Power Fusion was, but I would say it was similar to a hatha yoga class (heated, of course). The instructor definitely challenged us, but was also very gentle! A very nice vibe!

    TRX (19th St/Dolores)

My first experience at the TRX class with Daivya in San Francisco was simply uplifting and the perfect way to kick off a Saturday. Daivya's expertise and enthusiasm were immediately apparent, creating an environment that was both supportive and motivating. Her approach to teaching, marked by clear instructions and personalized encouragement, made everyone feel capable and inspired. It was more than just a workout; it was an energizing start to the weekend that left me feeling stronger and more connected. Daivya truly knows how to uplift everyone, making my first class an unforgettable experience.
