    HOT Power Yoga/75

Good flow and reminders to focus on breathing. Options for advanced modifications were nice. Room was warm, not hot. Will go back to this instructor.

    Power *Heated*

I enjoyed this fast paced yoga class. It might be a bit intimating if you are new to yoga but the instructor was kind and understanding. I would say the average age of clients was 30. I like the heated space. It was 95 degrees but at the end they give you a cold washcloth.

    MELT SHRED

This might be my favorite class at Melt. A great barre workout with a tiny bit of yoga at the beginning and at the end with a cold towel. No props besides your mat for barre work (which I prefer). Connor was great.

    Deep Stretch

So friendly. Lovely space. Perfect class for what I was looking for. It was hard to find at night! Behind the crafty pint, no lit up sign at night. Poking forward to more classes.

    Gentle Yoga (Level 1)

Carol teaches in a way that makes the class tailored to you. She is witty, dry and funny. This class is good for beginning yogis and yet challenging in that you hold the poses and do breath work. Great studio and calm welcoming space.

    Dharma House Yoga

You won't regret taking Aaron's class. His focus on breath, mediation, and applying what you know already is unmatched in the community. Many studios spend more time focused on doing crazy poses and flows, which is great and also important but the mental piece is absolutely necessary to truly apply your practice. Aaron does an excellent job at both and offers plenty of hands on adjustments.

    Hydro Power Jam

Laura is a really nice instructor. The workout wasn't the most intense. I wanted it to be more challenging. There were a lot of older women in the group and some of them seem more focused on gossiping than doing the moves. Sawmill has a nice pool, locker room, hot tub and sauna.

    Practioner Assisted Stretching

I had never tried this before and I did enjoy being stretched. The practitioner was professional and asked my concerns before the session. He listened to me and manipulated my muscles and back and legs to provide me a deep stretch. They work slowly and let you decide what you are comfortable with. I did get a headache afterward but I think it was my nervous system adjusting.
