    Yin/Yang Yoga - 1st Floor

Good for someone in between beginner and intermediate. There were a couple people in my class who were true beginners and found the class to be a little too challenging with the flows and holds. As for myself, I thought this was the perfect class for my level (I’ve been regularly doing yoga for 2-3 months now) and could have asked for more challenging modifications if I wanted.

    Fuel FLEX - Livestream

I wasn’t sure that I had the energy for the 630am class I signed up for. I turned the class on in my pajamas and slippers after a few minutes of cardio in that get up I ran up to change into workout gear and finish the class. Ace is a highly motivating instructor.

    Revivewell Yoga

Loved that she tailored the class to suit my energy to a more slow paced hatha style class. Clean and welcoming space. The door downstairs does lock at 6:15 if you are going to the 6:30 class. Call the studio and they’ll let you in. Looking forward to going again.

Wonderful, knowledgeable instructor. I shared an on-going injury I have, and she included several exercises similar to what my physical therapist recommends for it during the warm-up. She also gave great cues and modifications throughout class.

The doors to the mall where the studio odds located were closed. No one picked up the phone when I tried calling, I know this was a free class but I didn’t see anything posted on their site about canceling the class either.

Very basic stretching routine. The vibrating foam rollers were cool, but other than that no new or novel stretches. The teacher didn’t cater the class to the issues the people in the class expressed. Teacher seemed a bit scattered and had an odd manner, telling me at one point I was “cheating”... Since this is a stretching only studio I was hoping to learn something new, especially for the issues I’ve been having but I’ve had better luck at other studios. Won’t go back unless it’s for a one-on-one session.

This was my first time to this studio, and I was very impressed with Chenoa. Some people just have the gift of presence, and she is definitely one of those people. Class had a great flow, she offers great, hands-on adjustments, and is very encouraging. Loved this class. Will absolutely be back.
