Maris classes are amazing - so strong. Its also so inspiring to see so many incredible yogis in the room. Only further confirms what a good class this is. Probably better for yogis with a bit of experience, who enjoy a strong practice. One Yoga believes that yoga is an organic and living tradition. Their progressive yoga system is rooted in ancient tradition and is relevant today.

Not for the faint of heart! Dont think I have ever sweat so much in my life but it was fantastic and was the best start to my day. Loved the first 30 mins as intense fast and furious and then the last half was yin. Great combo! Ashley is so motivating and inspiring! Highly recommend this class.Oxygen Yoga and Fitness offers Far Infrared Heated Yoga (Flow, Power, Yang/Yin), Fusion Style fitness (core, arms, glutes, total body), and mat Pilates classes. Krystina’s classes are amazing! Her flows are dynamic and creative, but also powerful so you get a nice workout and sweat. She gives great cues and I love that she demonstrates the moves as she teaches them. The Stretch studio is beautiful, modern, and clean, and the front desk team is super warm and welcoming!Stretch was founded by Boyd and Emmanuelle to offer yoga to their own neighborhood, bringing together the teachers who are committed to their practice and dedicated to their students.

Katherine is an excellent instructor! She describes the postures really well so you are doing them correctly while focusing on breath. The poses were easy enough for beginners while challenging enough for more experienced people. The room was full so come early. Loved it! The photo here is not representative of the actual studio because the studio is sleek AF. This is not just a hot yoga class, it is a sensory experience. The candlelight, the music and the heat in the darkness is amazing. No need for mirrors because you just need to feel your body moving. Ariel is a hands-on teacher and makes adjustments for you throughout the class. The peppermint neck massage afterwards was a nice touch.Jaybird is about getting out of your head and into your body. I got a bit lost finding my way to the classroom, but the class itself was great! Ryan provided clear instructions, added modifications for both beginner and more advanced students. Good pacing too! This studio has 2,200 sq.ft. of shared studio space with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and brick. It is a beautiful yoga studio to bring your practice.
