I practice 4x/week and also teach yoga, and this class was HARD. I don’t know that I have ever been so physically challenged. I would have liked to do some wrist warm ups at the beginning considering how many planks there were, but otherwise great!

Wow this was a surreal experience! One that I am craving more of already. To be clear, it is not a workout, it is a meditation. The restorative poses were perfect for the end of day and the Sound Bath by Saleste was nothing short of magical. It was my first time at Yoga Santosha and I am looking forward to trying their other classes, as well as returning to this one. Thank you!
