    barre3 Signature 45

I tried barre 3 before but it was hard for me to keep up at that time as I paused exercises for a while. Coming back again I feel the course is very structured and engaging. It allows me to move every part of my body while building my strength and balance. Such a nice workout to destress myself after a work day. 10/10 for Haley ‘s class🌟

Loved this class! Think Gargi is one my new fav yoga teachers in the city. This was like “real yoga” with philosophy and practice linking breath and movement.

Mackenzie was great! The movements were so effective. Easy enough for beginners to grasp, but definitely can add more intensity if you’re familiar with the movements. The front desk check in experience was wonderful as well!

    MOBILITY & STRETCH

This class was wonderful! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, the space is lovely and clean, and Terry was so positive and encouraging. Small class size meant everyone got individual attention to ensure stretches and exercises were done correctly and with care. A perfect class for someone looking to check in with their body and get some really positive movement into their week!

    Vinyasa Power Flow, Hot

It was sometimes difficult to see the instructor, and she said it was unusually hot which was evident, but I loved the practice! It got my heart pumping while making me feel calm and controlled! Good balance of technique and strength in the flow!
