    First class and it was a Great introduction to rumble! Sharon was super encouraging, and I loved being in the 4:30 class because there was less of a crowd. Will definitely be back. Only knock would be sometimes not being able to hear instructions because the music is loud, but you can follow the prompts on the screen.

    Nice, bright space. Upbeat instructor who seemed to pay good attention to our form and gave cues for adjustments. Music played in the background, which I liked, but the pace of the class is good enough to not need the two to pair up. Class was six people and that made it great for individual attention. Felt like I got a good workout in the hour!

    Really difficult class! Hannah was a great instructor- very clear and helpful for a newbie like me. The class is mostly toning and strengthening and I found it to be very physically challenging, so it would probably be best for someone who already works out/strength trains frequently.

    Great class! We started with a tabata-type warmup, then worked on the same move with the barbell, then did HIIT-type cardio and cooled down with some stretching. Caitlyn was really friendly, encouraging, and helpful for newcomers with form and using all the equipment and such. Although classpass said this class was an hour we finished after 45-50 minutes.

    I was super nervous I was gonna hate boxing & was going to be embarrassingly bad at it, but this class was awesome because the instructor (tall red hair didn't catch her name) and the regulars who attend this class were all super welcoming and extremely happy to help teach me & my friend. The class was so fun that the 45 minutes flew by & felt totally empowering!
