    I was super nervous I was gonna hate boxing & was going to be embarrassingly bad at it, but this class was awesome because the instructor (tall red hair didn't catch her name) and the regulars who attend this class were all super welcoming and extremely happy to help teach me & my friend. The class was so fun that the 45 minutes flew by & felt totally empowering!

    Great class! We started with a tabata-type warmup, then worked on the same move with the barbell, then did HIIT-type cardio and cooled down with some stretching. Caitlyn was really friendly, encouraging, and helpful for newcomers with form and using all the equipment and such. Although classpass said this class was an hour we finished after 45-50 minutes.

    Victoria is a fantastic trainer. At 6 AM it’s impressive how positive and engaged she is. V is technical, well rounded, and wants you to perform your best. She approaches new comers very kindly and makes the workouts seem very approachable. This class shouldn’t intimidate anyone if you take it with Victoria! Will be coming back!

    Awesome workout, as always. I'm not sure I'd recommend this class for ak absolute beginner to fitness, but if you're just getting into HIIT, you're able to pace/level up or down as your fitness or strength level allows, which is great.
