Amazing class! Expert instructor. Kaitlyn was very encouraging with a great energy. Great music, too. Was able to push myself into poses if never done before. Left feeling great. Can’t wait for the next class.

tools for heart + lungs // cardio + pilates - Live Stream

I used to love taking Amanda’s classes at another studio, so when I saw her name here I signed up right away. I’m SO glad I discovered this pilates class. Tons of fun and it also kicked my butt.

    MOVE + EASE [virtual]

Really great class/teacher. Creative sequence and not just for the sake of creativity. Great workout. I wish there was a bit more wrist prep because we were on our wrists a lot! And this is just a technology issue but couldn’t hear the music on zoom - playlists?

    Hot Flow 1-2

Scotty is the ultimate instructor. Theres planning and a method behind the madness that is one incredible sweaty flow. Each class is a one of a kind. Theres no anticipating what comes next. So if you are a warrior dance junkie, this is not for you. If you want to understand the nuances of your practice, join the class. Theres always something to learn. Isnt that the point?

Jay led an incredible mediation practice! The ‘nada yoga’ (“yoga of sound”) aspect was new to me and I found it really effective at taking me to a deeply relaxed stage. I had some personal revelations! Thank you

    Sweat Flow - Virtual Class

Great class, instructor focused on what students wanted, great music. I didn’t think I’d like participating through Zoom, but while I miss the in-class atmosphere, it was still a great workout plus I got an extra 30 minutes in bed ?

Core Flow (yoga + pilates) PARK

Great class! Challenging but very enjoyable! If you like very quiet tranquil yoga.. I wouldn’t recommend it though. There’s quite a bit of hustle and bustle going on around you so if enjoy a city soundtrack and you’re used to the noises then I highly recommend! We had an amazing dance troop practicing beside us which I absolutely loved and the skate park is beside which is awesome too! Not for everyone though so just a heads up! Emily did a fantastic job of teaching and correcting while practicing social distancing!

    50min Pilates Reformer Instruction (Intermediate/Advanced) - downstairs

Phenomenal class! Personalized with a focus on form, and best for students with experience although the instructor, Mary, was great about gauging the class’s level and ability. Clean studio and quality equipment. I’ll be back!

Bree communicates her intentions with love and passion. One of many things I love Ahimsa- all instructors came from diverse walks of life with different intentions and practices, but they all move with deliberate care in their own journeys. I went in expecting a sweaty flow, came out walking taller and with a message to think about for the rest of the week. Thank you, Ahimsa.

It was one of the best yoga classes in my almost ten years of practicing yoga. Heather is a great teacher who structured the sequence so beautifully that I left the studio feeling truly wonderful. I will definitely be back here on my next visit to Toronto.
