    Teacher was super knowledgeable. Kept cueing through all the exercises, so I didn’t dread the hard ones! She automatically gave modifications for every exercise which I appreciated, bc I knew how to modify if I started to get tired.

    Pilates Reformer - All Levels

    I look forward to DK and her class every week. It’s the only reformer class I’ve taken where I feel like I’m toning, relaxing and stretching. Starting to see results too and it’s helping my hip flexors. Highly recommend!!

    Rhythm Pilates Fusion

    Jess was subbing in for Gabi. I've never taken this class before so I don't know what it's normally like, but I loved it! Definitely not traditional pilates, but I had fun (amazingly) while also getting my butt kicked. Jess really has a talent for giving clear instructions and seamlessly moving us from exercise to exercise. Great class/instructor for someone newer to classes or out of shape, but also good for more advanced participants; it is what you make it.
