    Hot Flow 1-2

Scotty is the ultimate instructor. Theres planning and a method behind the madness that is one incredible sweaty flow. Each class is a one of a kind. Theres no anticipating what comes next. So if you are a warrior dance junkie, this is not for you. If you want to understand the nuances of your practice, join the class. Theres always something to learn. Isnt that the point?

Vinyasa Flow - Heated (Proof of double-vaccination required)

SOOOO BUSY. they always ram this class, if you don’t get there 10 minutes before you won’t get a spot with your friend. Rory is awesome but there were a couple moves I definitely couldn’t do due to low flexibility. Not much modification given

    Hip Hop Happy Birthday (Kenny)

First time spinning at 6ix cycle and I will be back! Great hip hop tunes and Leah created a sequence that focused on core. This is probably the least pretentious spin studio in Toronto (trust me I’ve been to almost every one!) so if you are new to spinning, check this place out.

Iam Flow w/ Music (R) [All Levels]

I was sceptical to go because I don’t consider myself a “yoga person” and I’ve felt bored in yoga classes before but this was a lovely class and a lovely instructor. I would definitely go back. This was a nice, gentle full body stretch.

    Suspension Restore

Me and my husband were the only pple there so he did a more rigorous class which I was really happy with. Deep stretches and inversions, didn’t break a sweat so still a very relaxing class. Very nice to stretch hamstrings, etc.
