    40Works: Pilates + Jump Board

I arrived late thinking the class was at 430 instead of 420, and the staff was so nice and accommodating to let me jump in anyway! I always forget how much I LOVE Pilates Proworks until I'm back again! love the addition of the jump board for leg work. that was a first for me!

So much fun! No music, just the sound of awesome instruction. Stephanie is hands on, and adjusts you as the class progresses. It was my first time using a Pilates-specific reformer, so Stephanie would help me set up when she saw me struggling. She was very patient with me and very funny.

Waverly is a modern day orchestra conductor. She is a great instructor, and somehow manages to keep track of and provide verbal cues to keep the treadmill group and the floor group on top of their respective workout routines. She does not physically modify your form during the class, but verbally states modifications that you can take. Very good class, nice sweat, good room air circulation, and all-around great workout.
