I really appreciated the way she approached correcting my form, and how she offered options to make the movements easier or harder and told us not to pay attn to what our neighbors were doing. It felt like a really safe space to do what was right for my body and know that she was looking out to make sure I got the most out of my workout and didn't injure myself. Will def be back to her classes!

My only qualm is with the FP studio and the slippery mats. I wonder if we could bring our sweat resistant yoga mat sized towels to put over their mats in order to maintain a solid grip. Other than that, I will be returning. I love looking up and seeing the gorgeous light fixtures and studio too.
