    The instructor was amazing and gave great, clear instructions! She kept the energy high and gave pointers all throughout the workout. Everyone else attending the class was also super friendly. It was a fantastic and welcoming environment. I will definitely be back!

    Best Stretch Ever

    Enjoyed instructor and class. Appreciated the instructor giving adjustments across the room, felt she was attentive but not pushy. Good class for helping me do some exercise I wouldn’t otherwise do in a fairly low-key way. Reception was welcoming.

    Kumbi's yoga class is delightful! She creates a calming ambiance, by using dim purple lights and a music selection that complements Vinyasa yoga movements perfectly. Kumbi's unique touch of discussing current astrology events adds depth, bringing an insightful element and creating a mindful connection. The guided meditation during Shavasana, centered on chakras, left me feeling rejuvenated and aligned. Extending the class duration would benefit many, allowing for a deeper immersion in this holistic and enlightening yoga journey!

    I enjoyed this class. It was challenging but not intimidating for a newbie. Mayra took time to help me find the poses I wasn’t familiar with and she easily switched to modifications for a few of the exercises that my body wasn’t quite ready for.
