Fast paced, very much like Barry’s but better than that for the amount of credits. Wouldn’t recommend for beginners though, since there is no focus on form and the class is in a very dark room, so no one would notice even if you were doing it wrong. But if you are used to strength training and all you need is someone to push you, 10/10 this is a good class.

When I went to Moov a few years back I thought of their style as moderate to light intensity. However, Jillian’s classes are NO JOKE. Challenging and intense (in a great way) is my current outlook. Jillian has great energy and knows how to inspire. I didn’t know what restorative yoga was coming into this class, so it wasn’t what I expected at all! If you’re anything like me, you may not know- there is zero physical exercise involved. However, it was very relaxing, the sound bath was a neat experience I haven’t had before, and the studio was beautiful. High end products as well! I was pleasantly surprised, but also I’m still processing the whole thing haha

Meant for absolute pilates beginners - if you don’t know how to use the machine at all. While it’s a beginner friendly class, it’s a solid workout. Instructor was great - would take her class again. Had good awareness of everyone in the class and provided correction and assistance when needed. Note that a lot of time is spent on explanations during this class so would not recommend if you have any Pilates experience.

Good class, great instructor! I miss the Leaderboard!! A few years ago, most instructors here would flash the leaderboard a couple times during class. Nobody does anymore, sometimes not even at the end. What's the point of having a leaderboard if you never use it! Especially since we can opt-out from participating (and so everybody on the board has specifically opted in to using it, but then you don't show it to us!) I find the Leaderboard super motivating during class, so I miss it. Stats and the Leaderboard were the only thing setting Cyclebar apart from every other spin studio.
