    Gretta kills it every single time. She actually fixes your form, explains where you should feel it and if you aren’t feeling it in the right spots, she’ll tell you how to get there. She is always reminding us of form, especially during holds just to keep us true our form & ourselves. Always encouraging + has the best music. 20/10 🫶

    Savannah lead a great class. Some of the props were a little overwhelming for my senses. The scratchy part of the Velcro on the wrist weights goes on the inside by your skin and the ridges on the platform were rough on my hands. Those compounded with the carpet (which is a Pure Barre thing nation wide that I don’t understand), made for some overload for me. Not sure Empower is my cup of tea, but the studio staff is very kind, helpful, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back for Classic.
