    This is my favourite new workout! SO challenging, I'm already sore everywhere. I love the antigravity machine- makes each move really hard but low impact. Troy is a great instructor and gives individual guidance. It's like having your own personal trainer.

    Great strength training class! Super small class (only 6 of us), very welcoming group, and helpful/friendly instructor that checked in and made sure we understood form and were feeling good. Would definitely go back and highly recommend for those that are seeking a weighted workout.

    Triple C: Cardio/Core/Conditioning

    Jeff is great - very welcoming and encouraging. The class was mostly cardio/conditioning (all body weight) and not much core, but it kept my heart rate up. Good for someone looking for a sweat, but not an advanced athlete looking for conditioning.

    Postnatal Fitness Club

    Rachelle is a great instructor and offers hands on correction and feedback during class which is especially important post-partum. The timing doesn’t always work out for me to attend the class due to my baby’s nap schedule but I am always so happy when I am able to make it.
