    I really enjoyed the class- lots of cardio and core work with light weights and a band. There were some fun ballet moves throughout and all beginner friendly. The only tough part was the only fan in the room was off the whole time so it got hot. Overall, a great class!

    This class was solid. While the movements were not rapid I chose heavier weights and got a really solid workout. We used a good amount of the equipment which was cool bc it created some great resistance. Would certainly go to this instructor again.
