    Ashleigh kicked my butt! This was such a great class. This was my first time at this specific studio and everyone was very friendly! Parking was pretty rough though. It took me a solid 10 minutes to find a spot and it was about 4-5 blocks away. So I’d just make sure to get there early. I definitely wouldn’t let that stop me from going back!

    I loooooved this class! It was my first time at this studio and I will definitely be back. Ivorie was amazing, loved her. Keep in mind it is one of those studios where they’ll go “ok now do it on your own” and give you a few minutes with no direction or cues. Not for everyone but I love it!

    They studio is beautiful, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Good workout. But they fall into a trend I’ve seen at other studios: there is zero warmup. I don’t get it (that can be so dangerous!). Also, they are almost too accommodating . . . there was a woman in the class who did her own exercises for nearly every station. It’s distracting and detracts from the collective vibe of the class - I would suggest they don’t allow that.

    Class was great, tougher than I was expecting (in a good way). Staff was helpful, teacher was engaged and encouraging throughout. Class was 1 min intervals, 10 sec rest, alternating between assault bikes and floor exercises with all demonstrated in videos, easy to follow with 30 rounds and some group core work at the end.     Phenomenal class! The most efficient workout on ClassPass. From start to finish. There were 8 people and 8 circuits for the first 20 minutes or so after a quick warmup, followed by circuits on the roof for about 20 minutes, then closed with a killer ab cooldown.
