Devon is the best instructor here by far!!! Amazing flow, perfect pace, good balance of effort and ease, great playlist. Wish she would have encouraged ujjayi breathing a bit more...lots of loud gasping/panting from other yogis which was super distracting. Also if you can’t do the poses without panting it’s a good sign you should back off and take a break...

Great instructor. Encouraging and warm without being overly aggressive. Loved the parts where she acknowledged people were at different places throughout the workout and said that was okay instead of shaming those who couldn’t do it perfectly. I have been boxing and coaching on and off for years now. I was so happy to see Arcaro On CP because it’s one of my favorite gyms to train at. The owner and one of the coaches both fought pro. Low key she fought Holly Holm. NBD. There was a new coach in the class today and his directions were fast and pretty advanced but it was a really good challenge to get me back into boxing after being a while out. I really liked the drills that he used. I feel like they really pushed muscle memory. Everybody seemed to catch on really quickly and have a good time. I highly recommend this gym.
