    Foundation - HIIT (Strength)

This is prob the biggest circuit group class I've taken, it can fit up to 40 people so you won't be getting much personal attention. Would def recommend having previous equipment and correct form experience. The workout itself is great, less rest and keeps the heart rate going.

    Speedplay 50

Pretty low-key. I wish the Speedplay workouts better utilized time - every class, whether it's 4X9 or 6X6 or 3X12 amounts to just 36 minutes of work, when the classes are scheduled for one hour. So you get more bang for your buck at Barry's, Sweat Garage, OTF, etc.

I had heard good reviews of Jackson's class and he didn't disappoint! Very high energy instructor. If you're looking for a very technical class with an emphasis on form this isn't for you though. This class was more about the music, moving to the beat, and working up a sweat.

I did sweat; it was a workout and i was mildly sore the next day. I do think the instructor could’ve made it more challenging, but she was in crutches, so i think she might have been a little limited this particular day.

Class was super fun and the music was fabulous but I could not hear the instructor at all. I spent half of class craning my neck to see what the people in the front row were doing. She needs a headset.

The studio is very new and clean, all brand new equipment. They still have some trouble starting and ending classes on time but the staff are all very friendly and proud of their establishment. Can def see this place becoming popular! There are plenty of street parking around if you don't want to park inside the building. Classes are less suited for beginners.

    Fit With HIIT

It was hard AF, I left feeling accomplished. This is a no frills, get in, put in the work and get out kind of place. Gary has good energy. The moves are complex and challenging. Sometimes The circuit was really had to foIlow, but Gary was really great at either repeating the exercise until you fully understood it, or modified it so you could actually accomplish it. It’s a great fitness solution, especially if you live nearby.
