    I love this instructor's teaching style. She took us through a challenging workout with lots of different dimensions. There was some cardio with dance-like moves and some jumping, but it wasn't overwhelmingly intense. Then we did upper body, lower body, abs and lots of stretching. Definitely an hour well spent!

My only little feedback was I felt she hopped off her bike a little too much, and I usually find Adam (who she subbed for) goes through the workout with us to the very end and I like that more.     First time in the new upstairs space - it is clean and spacious, and will be so nice once the leaves are out on the trees! Stephanies class was challenging and well paced. There are lots of options offered, but would recommend some familiarity with yoga as the instructor moves around the class rather than demonstrating at the front (which is great; lots of adjustments and attention to form) - it just means it is easier to follow if you know the names of the poses. This studio is my favourite in the east end - always a great experience from start to finish.

Her rides are more athletic than dance-y and she takes the time to explain proper form and technique to new riders, but still keeps it challenging for experienced riders. This is a strength-based class with virtually no cardio, and it is heavily focussed on upper body exercises on this day. I wish however that this class was longer than 45 minutes, because 10-15 minutes is lost from the explanation, warm up, and cool down so it makes for a very short workout.

    This class is no joke! This class is tough but manageable and the real deal. Feels like you have a personal trainer in a small group setting! You do a series of workout stations with a partner and do 4 sets of exercises for 30 seconds each. They might be squats, lunges, pulling a huge thing across the floor, etc. People in the class seemed to be regulars and they were totally welcoming and supportive. The owner even helped me out with a pair of (clean) socks because I was a hot mess and forgot to bring some. What a nice person and a great class!
