Athena mentioned that she was subbing this class and she was amazing. It was challenging but empowering, the music was good, her knowledge of anatomy is inspirational, and the studio itself has a great vibe. I wish the studio wasn’t so far from where I live. Great class! Challenging but very enjoyable! If you like very quiet tranquil yoga.. I wouldn’t recommend it though. There’s quite a bit of hustle and bustle going on around you so if enjoy a city soundtrack and you’re used to the noises then I highly recommend! We had an amazing dance troop practicing beside us which I absolutely loved and the skate park is beside which is awesome too! Not for everyone though so just a heads up!
