Jordan and Andrés are the best coaches, they are always so encouraging and have great energy and enthusiasm! They are also very organized and make the classes run seamlessly! The central district location is also a nice big space so you don’t feel like you’re crammed in and the bathroom area is big as well and very well maintained!

This has definitely been the best class I’ve taken on ClassPass. Most of the time, there are a lot of workouts you could do yourself at the gym with access to the machine, so when you book a class, the instructor can make or break the experience and Shane was absolutely AMAZING. He knew it was my first time at F45, and he was so accommodating - he made sure to explain every station at the beginning of each set, and constantly came over to help me fix my form, push me and motivate me. I have not come across a better instructor on ClassPass! Caleb was also assisting and also amazing. This F45 location really is worth the hype with how amazing the instructors are. I’m still blown away by how helpful they were!

This was a really good class but as someone who doesn’t have much strength it was very challenging. I would say it’s not super beginner friendly but definitely a good class to challenge yourself and the instructor was great. She saw me struggling a few times and came over to correct my form without being mean about it. Highly recommend but I think I will build my strength more before attending again just so I can show up to the best of my ability.

When I went to Moov a few years back I thought of their style as moderate to light intensity. However, Jillian’s classes are NO JOKE. Multiple people had their cellphones with them in class and were checking them. Like I could see their screen lighting up from my mat. Sorry to sound like a Boomer but literally, is nothing sacred anymore?!? I come to yoga to be present with my breath + body, and get a break from screens. Strong preference for studios with a no phones policy. Besides that: Natalie is such a great instructor, I loved this flow! I also appreciated that the room was warm but not too hot.

Meant for absolute pilates beginners - if you don’t know how to use the machine at all. While it’s a beginner friendly class, it’s a solid workout. Instructor was great - would take her class again. Had good awareness of everyone in the class and provided correction and assistance when needed.
