    THEME RIDES

Really good music and I liked Kate’s energy and enthusiasm. I think it was hard to stay on beat and we could use a few more left-right or 1-2 instructions. It seemed the class was not sure what leg to use or couldn’t find the beat. I’d take her class again :)

    KICKBOXING

Great class— sometimes I feel like these classes can be a little too focused on the actual art of kickboxing (for me, I’m not looking to be a professional kickboxer I just want a good work out) and this was a really good combo of both. Great cardio section. Instructor was attentive.

Caprice has great upbeat energy. The class had a good mix of fast jogs, climbs, hill sprints, and dancing!

    Barre BootCamp

Sam was super nice. I was the only one in class, so basically got a one-on-one session. She helped me modify for an injury. Did a combo or barre, weight and floor work. It was the perfect Sunday workout.
