    First BOOTCAMP experience at Turnstyle and it didn’t disappoint. Class focused on upper body and arms, but included lower body squats and ended with abs. Overall was a great full body workout. Feeling the best kind of sore walking out. Perri was approachable, friendly and offered modifications throughout class. Will be back.

    Loved the playlist and energy from the instructor. A little out of shape so I felt like I was struggling to keep up but instructor was good about encouraging people to do the level they could while pushing harder to go faster to the beat of the music.

    The amenities are amazing! Big, long lockers, plenty of showers, gym and shower towels, pool, pineapple infused water and/or coffee! The space and gym equipment was exactly what I was looking for. Recommend checking this place out for open gym time!

    REPS packs in a lot of workout into each 30 minute block. It's just enough time in each stage to keep from being bored and to keep pushing hard with each exercise. Plus I love how the moves are more creative than what I've seen at other gyms. I love this class!
