I loved the class! Fernando was great, he provided modifications when needed and the warmup and cool down were workouts themselves. It was only 2 person in the class so it was pretty intimate and I loved getting the chance to punch the bag but also another person aka Fernando! For a complete beginner I would definitely come back.

    PILATES

The perfect Sunday morning class! It feels gentle and easy at first, but the class is deceptively challenging. I’m always wobbly-legged after class and sore the next day, but without the loud music and high intensity of the workouts I do the rest of the week.

    Abs & Assets HIIT

Baylee and the class were amazing! The class offered a great variety of exercises over 3 stations (treadmill, floor, bench). Even though there was a lot of variations within each station, Baylee gave us enough heads up to be prepared and know exactly what to do even being a first-timer myself. She gave a range and a guideline for the intensity of each exercise, which was very helpful (e.g. 25lb for a challenge, 100 to bodyweight for sled, etc.).

Super fun! Great atmosphere, really nice facilities, and the friendliest staff and instructors. Beginner-friendly, though a little bit of boxing experience would definitely help you get the most out of the workout. Already looking forward to my next class here!!

I absolutely loved this class. It's a bit hard if you're a complete beginner, but you can go at your own pace and take breaks as needed. there was no judgment or asking why you stopped. it's also fast paced with a combination of lifting then cardio.

It was an encouraging, inclusive, welcoming environment. The coach went out of their way to make us feel at home as it was our first time. Although the class is challenging, it is customizable and suitable for beginners. The space was clean and organized.

The workout was great! A wonderful combination of strength and cardio. I thought it was very well designed. Great focus on form. Really enjoyed the small class size. Instructor was great throughout the class in both having my back and pushing me.

Great first class with Eunice! Love the camaraderie here. If you have never boxed before I recommend going to at least one beginner class before the cardio boxing to get used to the movements. Gloves are available if you don’t have!!

The class was well positioned for beginners looking to get into boxing, and the instructor was great. Luis was patient, constructive and made sure that everyone in the class got some one on one time to ensure proper form. A great workout and I’ll definitely be back again.

    Intro Boxing Class

This was an excellent class!! Perfect for beginners and anyone who is actually looking to learn the techniques of boxing, and in a more serious and structured manner than most classes you find downtown nowadays. The studio is small but so is the class itself - which gives you much more one-on-one time with the instructor. I was really impressed and will definitely be coming back to this one.

    Vinyasa Power Flow, Hot

It was sometimes difficult to see the instructor, and she said it was unusually hot which was evident, but I loved the practice! It got my heart pumping while making me feel calm and controlled! Good balance of technique and strength in the flow!
