    This was my first Muay Thai class, it was exhilarating! The instructor was so nice and highly skilled. I was leagues behind almost everyone else, but people were so friendly and welcoming, and I definitely feel like I improved through the coaching and practice! I will definitely be back.     DT - Weekend Warrior! (CO-ED)

    This is freaking challenging. I keep coming because there are few classes like this that really push you and take so much from you in the work out. Also the instructor is really fun and nice. I always end Up dead exhausted but it feels great, I love it!
