    Loved this class! John was awesome, helpful and so uplifting. It’s hard work but he makes it all fly by. Great focus on technique and combos with a really good dose of strength & conditioning. Highly recommend!

    Great practice with Rich. Definitely a challenging yoga class but I liked how he did the moves and moved around the room so everyone could see him and the correct posture. Good combination of strength and stretch They provide mats which is great if you’re traveling For me, the studio was hard to find in the hotel so give yourself a little extra time. It’s down a hallway by the ballrooms. I called the gym and they came out and found me - thank you!
