    Waverly is a modern day orchestra conductor. She is a great instructor, and somehow manages to keep track of and provide verbal cues to keep the treadmill group and the floor group on top of their respective workout routines. She does not physically modify your form during the class, but verbally states modifications that you can take. Very good class, nice sweat, good room air circulation, and all-around great workout.
