see all reviewsHarris has great energy and I like how the bikes are sufficiently spaced apart so there’s no chance of bumping into your neighbour as you would at many other spin studios here in Toronto. A nice clean studio, definitely recommend! The handlebar on my bike was a bit wobbly though, even though I checked that it was properly clipped on both parts - it didn’t affect the ride too much but it’s also a bit of a safety issue for newer riders

The class follows true to its name with the first 30 minutes being stretching and breathing followed by a very calming 30 minutes of holding of relaxing positions. Anne was great - gave clear and gentle instructions. The studio provides everything you need from mats to bolsters, bands, blocks and blankets. Will definitely be coming back :)

see all reviewsReally great class, for all levels. The energy was up and pumping, the songs/music was to the beat of our movements. The instructor, Johnny, was very friendly and motivated the class. I also liked that there was a huge space and the mirrors at the font to we ourselves and watch our form. This class really worked out every part of my body, full 360 degrees!
