    barre3 Signature 45

I tried barre 3 before but it was hard for me to keep up at that time as I paused exercises for a while. Coming back again I feel the course is very structured and engaging. It allows me to move every part of my body while building my strength and balance. Such a nice workout to destress myself after a work day. 10/10 for Haley ‘s class🌟

    PILATES

The perfect Sunday morning class! It feels gentle and easy at first, but the class is deceptively challenging. I’m always wobbly-legged after class and sore the next day, but without the loud music and high intensity of the workouts I do the rest of the week.

Loved this class and the instructor!! It was the perfect level of intensity - the ideal class to get started back on Barre with, but also can’t wait to see the results after taking it a bunch! 👏🏼🤩

    Spin 45

Harris has great energy and I like how the bikes are sufficiently spaced apart so there’s no chance of bumping into your neighbour as you would at many other spin studios here in Toronto. A nice clean studio, definitely recommend! The handlebar on my bike was a bit wobbly though, even though I checked that it was properly clipped on both parts - it didn’t affect the ride too much but it’s also a bit of a safety issue for newer riders

Hot Candlelight Deep Stretch & Relaxation

Avinash led a good yin class. His yoga knowledge is imparted gently and I appreciate the sequence he built and cues to try the variations. I felt my practice deepening with help of his consistent cue to just be rather than do.

    HIIT Fit

Really great class, for all levels. The energy was up and pumping, the songs/music was to the beat of our movements. The instructor, Johnny, was very friendly and motivated the class. I also liked that there was a huge space and the mirrors at the font to we ourselves and watch our form. This class really worked out every part of my body, full 360 degrees!

    MOBILITY & STRETCH

This class was wonderful! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, the space is lovely and clean, and Terry was so positive and encouraging. Small class size meant everyone got individual attention to ensure stretches and exercises were done correctly and with care. A perfect class for someone looking to check in with their body and get some really positive movement into their week!
