see all reviewsKevin was accommodating and knowledgeable. As a person of colour, seeing a POC instructor leading a yoga class was really empowering and grounding. We started the class with rest and he used a really cool instrument (Harmonium?) to set the tone of the class. We moved into a flow that was challenging (but in the best way). He often encouraged us to do what was best for our bodies and reminded us that all of the poses were “just suggestions.” At the end of the class we ended in rest and he even sang while playing the harmonium. I came into class feeling tried and emotionally low. I left the class feeling energized, calm, and grounded. After class I used their shower facilities and it was beautiful and clean. They had everything you needed (towels, hair and body products, blow dryer, etc). Thank you for providing a beautiful space and class!! 🤍

see all reviewsA little bit of flow and gentle poses. Some warrior, tree, triangle, back bends. No pigeon which is my favourite yoga stretch but it was a more shoulder focused stretch. Sandra gave lovely cues and lots of options. Great to take some time to be mindful and connect with your body.

see all reviewsStrong, uptempo class, helped me push and explore a couple edges. I appreciated how observant he was as a teacher and encouraged people to focus on technique and breath throughout the sticky poses. Definitely recommend. Thanks Connor!

see all reviewsI enjoyed that this class had a little bit of everything. We started with high energy, more intense exercises, then moved to some yoga flow, and finished with some deep stretches and a nice long guided meditation. Definitely left the glass feeling amazing, but wish there had been more cues for level ones. I got lost a few times and if I was a total beginner I would probably not have enjoyed it.

see all reviewsThis was a great and well-lead class. My neck feels less sore already. Most classes do nothing much for the back body, so I really appreciated that aspect and focus so much. Only complaint: your mat rentals are too pricey! Not everyone is going to carry around a yoga mat or lives down the block. I think they should be like a dollar.

see all reviewsGreat class, always a big fan of Liana. I always appreciate her attention to form. My only gripe is that sometimes during certain exercises you end up standing around watching another classmate improve their form or take their turn for too long. I wish Liana would offer simple exercises to do for the in between waiting time so you felt like you were getting a full work out.
