see all reviewsKevin was accommodating and knowledgeable. As a person of colour, seeing a POC instructor leading a yoga class was really empowering and grounding. We started the class with rest and he used a really cool instrument (Harmonium?) to set the tone of the class. We moved into a flow that was challenging (but in the best way). He often encouraged us to do what was best for our bodies and reminded us that all of the poses were “just suggestions.” At the end of the class we ended in rest and he even sang while playing the harmonium. I came into class feeling tried and emotionally low. I left the class feeling energized, calm, and grounded. After class I used their shower facilities and it was beautiful and clean. They had everything you needed (towels, hair and body products, blow dryer, etc). Thank you for providing a beautiful space and class!! 🤍

see all reviewsThis was a great and well-lead class. My neck feels less sore already. Most classes do nothing much for the back body, so I really appreciated that aspect and focus so much. Only complaint: your mat rentals are too pricey! Not everyone is going to carry around a yoga mat or lives down the block. I think they should be like a dollar.

see all reviewsI can’t believe my favorite yoga studio is closing down. So much tears, laughter, sweat, prayers and healing happens between these brick walls. I miss One Yoga and all the yoga teachers immensely. Until we meet again, take care!
