see all reviewsI thought I was destined to hate spin forever, but this class was really fun! Maybe I can grow to like spin after all. I think it’s maybe just Sunday classes but the throwback music was really fun. I’ve only done two spin classes in my life and both were multiple years ago so I got a little bit confused with the cuing but that’s just cause I’m not coordinated and I didn’t mention that I was a beginner to anybody. Definitely recommend

We started with high energy, more intense exercises, then moved to some yoga flow, and finished with some deep stretches and a nice long guided meditation. Definitely left the glass feeling amazing, but wish there had been more cues for level ones. I got lost a few times and if I was a total beginner I would probably not have enjoyed it.
