    Barre Belle - Fit

Loved it!!! A bit more confusing than other barre classes I’ve taken at other studios but definitely the best workout!! The instructor was very nice as well! The only thing I’d recommend is probably louder on the mic to better hear the instructions

I can never say enough good things about barre3. The studio is so clean, the instructors are so well-rounded and the class is always challenging at restorative.

Very high energy instructor, great music selections. Staff were helpful - I had forgotten to get weights before clipping into my bike and a staff member was kind enough to get them for me as class had just started.

    The Pilates

I always seem to underestimate the power of pilates until I take a great class like this one. Rebecca is one of the most pleasant instructor and was able to even give pointers while socially distant. So sore the next day.

Theme Ride - Taylor vs Kanye

Francis morning classes are the best! Theyre not too bouncy with a ton of out of the saddle sprints, but more controlled climbs that are nice and juicy to wake those legs up first thing in the morning and get a solid work . I always leave feeling so energized!

    Grounded [Pilates] in the Park

This was a kick ass class. Challenging in a very good way. Will come back. This is located in the space above Lululemon. The front door is locked so you have to make sure you're there BEFORE class starts so the instructor can sign you in and let you up. all equipment is provided, including mats. The lavender infused cold towel at the end of class was a really nice touch.

This was exactly what I needed after a few days of high intensity workouts. It was slow and mindful. At the end of class David encouraged us to use any props be wanted and I used the yoga tune up balls under my glutes and it felt AMAZING!! David is an awesome teacher.
