    IAM Flow Hot [All Levels]

Instructor was great at guiding us through the different movements. I appreciated the reminders about form and the corrections. Luckily the class wasn't full, but if it was, the mats are placed way too close together.

    1. Studio Classes/Hatha (60 min)

Love that Taryn continues to expand her own knowledge, and incorporates it into her teaching. This showcases commitment and dedication of the instructor to the yoga practice, and makes attending the class not just a way to practice but also an opportunity to learn alongside the instructor! I know that when I go to classes led by Taryn, I’ll always leave with new takeaways!

I really liked this instructor. He made the class feel very approachable. I will say this class felt very hot and was therefore very sweaty. Would recommend bringing a mat towel.

Class was relaxing and meditative. Less of a workout and more stretch, strength holding with a heavy focus on meditation. Excellent explanation on the moves and upcoming moves without needing the visual que’s.

    Hatha - 60 min

Thoroughly enjoyed Michelle's class and the options provided based on experience. Would recommend more encouraged water breaks throughout the class but overall, I enjoyed the class a lot. The studio is a few flights up (there is an elevator available) so that was a nice unanticipated workout before the yoga class haha.

    Modo Yoga - 60 min

Every time I go to this studio it does feel a little cramped as so many people are fit into the room, but it is clearly this way because so many people love these classes. The instructors are extremely clear with their instructions so that you can follow along just by listening to them and don’t need to see the movements to follow along. Makes it easier to focus on just your own body and breathing and almost forget about the many people around you. Very comfortable and inclusive space.

    Yang/Yin yoga - candlelight

The class was wonderful. Fernanda has a smooth voice and is so warm and comforting, providing special attention to each and every member of class. She’s so genuine and motivating, plus the candles are a great touch. It’s the perfect wind down after a day at the office. I will be back!

Chakra Hatha Flow - In Studio

Hali was an amazing instructor. I did the Chakra Hatha Flow class and was nervous as I read the class was ideal for people with some experience which I don’t have much but my goal is to try different types of yoga and see which ones I like most. Studio was clean and lots of natural light. Although I can’t hold/do all the yoga poses, Hali expressed something along the lines of not pushing ourselves too much which made me feel very comfortable. Would definetly go back.
