It was only 2 person in the class so it was pretty intimate and I loved getting the chance to punch the bag but also another person aka Fernando! For a complete beginner I would definitely come back.

One guy in the front row just kept whooing extremely loudly the entire class and it was hard to get into the music and zone with that happening. Not Meghan’s fault though!

I liked how she incorporated movements for your upper body. The playlist was super good. If it is your first time, I would recommend arriving early because there is a learning curve with the shoes. A nice clean studio, definitely recommend! The handlebar on my bike was a bit wobbly though, even though I checked that it was properly clipped on both parts - it didn’t affect the ride too much but it’s also a bit of a safety issue for newer riders
