Loved Emily’s class tonight! She’s definitely one of the more advanced instructors, but she also gives great modifications if needed. She’s also super sweet and kind!

    FRIDAY BOOTCAMP

First time taking one of Chloe’s classes. I will definitely be looking for more clases she is teaching in the future! I had actually been considering chickening out right before class - the class description sounded so intimidating and I wasn’t sure I would be able to keep up. But I’m glad I went - Chloe made the class fun and there was enough variation that I never had to do any one thing for too long. Great workout!

    Immersive Beat Ride

It was my first ever spin class and I had so much fun, it felt like going to a dance party. The instructor was great she was making me laugh the whole time. I liked how she incorporated movements for your upper body. The playlist was super good. If it is your first time, I would recommend arriving early because there is a learning curve with the shoes. My only complaint is that I wish there was more strobe lights and that it was longer because the instructor is really engaging.

    BodyBox - Lower Body

I like the screen for the exercises for the benched area. So it gave the instructor more time to go around and adjust people’s form. But adjusted in a way that was helpful instead of overbearing. Great instruction. Beginner’s get a 10 minute intro before the rest of the class joins too

I love the classes here, Geoff is a great insuctor, he’s not afraid to push you, helps fix your form when it’s off and is very attentive! The exercises push you and challenge yourself, I would say this is not beginner friendly

The workout was great! A wonderful combination of strength and cardio. I thought it was very well designed. Great focus on form. Really enjoyed the small class size. Instructor was great throughout the class in both having my back and pushing me.

The class was well positioned for beginners looking to get into boxing, and the instructor was great. Luis was patient, constructive and made sure that everyone in the class got some one on one time to ensure proper form. A great workout and I’ll definitely be back again.

    Intro Boxing Class

Third week training with Coach Emile. Today, we practiced footwork and ducks. To duck, lean forward and keep your shoulders over your hips and draw a "c" with your head. Stay centred. If you lean to the side or don't complete the c, you'll expose yourself to hits. Come here to be a fighter! If you want to throw punches at a bag just for cardio, go somewhere else.

    Vinyasa Power Flow, Hot

It was sometimes difficult to see the instructor, and she said it was unusually hot which was evident, but I loved the practice! It got my heart pumping while making me feel calm and controlled! Good balance of technique and strength in the flow!
