    Let me start by saying that I am NOT a hot yoga fan and this was a very hot class, that said Larissa is an excellent instructor. I appreciated her no-nonsense calm and soothing voice - it made me feel like I could hold the pose.. clear cues.. definitely will take her class again!

    This was my first class at the studio and I was impressed by the instructor and the whole set up! Natasha was warm and guided my friend and I throughout the entire class, also going around correcting form if needed. The class is pretty organized and easy to follow after awhile. It was a solid workout! I’ll be back for round two!

    First time attending this gym. Great staff overall. As everyone's mentioned, Piper is excellent. I arrived 20 minutes earlier and had a thorough walk through from Piper on expectations. She also kept an eye on me as a fist timer to assure I was staying on course and received the help I needed. Honestly loved every bit of it. I was able to improvise the movements my body wasn't yet ready for and received the motivation I needed. I will be returning.

    Jackson is an excellent instructor, full of high energy, hilarious, and knowledgeable. Kept us all laughing and enjoying the class that much more. He helped with our movements, which made me aware of muscles and tonalities I didn't know needed engagement. Will definitely keep returning.
