see all reviewsKarissa is amazing! This was my first class with her and I can’t sing her praises enough. The class flowed so nicely. I felt very physically challenged yet calm and serene at the same time. I think her playlist, voice, and the way she led the class contributed so much to my experience. I really appreciated her playful teaching style too it added an element of fun which I think lacks in a lot of similar spaces. My friends and I had the best time and we will definitely be on the look out for her classes in the future!

I love how they all the feminine products that I always seem to forget, and the sprays and toiletries are great. Great bathroom! Great Pilates studio. I love everything about this place
