see all reviewsI drove all the way up to Oakland from South Bay on a Friday afternoon and the door was locked. Then I realized that there are two Hot Spot Yoga studios in Oakland. Very sad to miss the class :’(( Based on the previous reviews I think it would have been a wonderful experience. Please be aware and not to make the same mistake!

I appreciated the synergy in the room as we learned the choreography and shared dance and stretch moves with each other. Rashonda was a great dancer herself and offered helpful corrections as instructor. And the space is beautiful! Bright and beautiful views of downtown Oakland!
