    Retro Sweat

Super fun class! Choreo is easy to follow and so much fun to do. The retro tunes are awesome. Really safe, inclusive space to let loose. Even has a small weights component for a well balanced workout. Great way to start the weekend.

    Cycle - The Icon

Behmann is great. I want to take him everywhere. I want him to teach every class I go to. I want to spend a day with him and just enjoy his ongoing commentary. He makes me forget I'm in spin class and sweating my butt off. You won't regret going to his classes. That being said, it's been awhile since I've been to Eastwood and I don't know what happened to their microphones but it was really hard to hear Behmann clearly today.

Maris classes are amazing - so strong. Its also so inspiring to see so many incredible yogis in the room. Only further confirms what a good class this is. Probably better for yogis with a bit of experience, who enjoy a strong practice.

Krystina’s classes are amazing! Her flows are dynamic and creative, but also powerful so you get a nice workout and sweat. She gives great cues and I love that she demonstrates the moves as she teaches them. The Stretch studio is beautiful, modern, and clean, and the front desk team is super warm and welcoming!

Really interesting class and space. It looks like youre walking into a parkade and ends up being a pink basement studio. They could use some more seating in the waiting area but theyre new so thats understandable. The class itself was awesome. Giulia is a quality human being! Her instructions were really clear and easy to follow. Shes super friendly and approachable. The start of the class is an introduction on how to do the moves properly and the second part is essentially spin on a rower. Really solid workout. If you have workout gloves take them or youll end up with blisters by the end.

    EIGHT-COUNT CLASS

Great class. A mix of individual and partner bag work and floor exercises. Alley way appears more sketchy than it actually is when you walk in but the studio itself is really nice. Spacious bathrooms to shower and get ready in the morning. Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly. Great for all levels.

Liana is a great instructor. She takes the time to be serious and improve your form but also jokes around to make being there comfortable. She is super approachable and will make sure youre getting the most out of class. The gym itself is really nice, huge bathrooms with a large mirrored getting ready space and great showers. Although this place might look sort of intimidating at first it is well worth your time.

This place is a little older and more worn in, definitely not one of these new beat oriented boutique studios. Its big and bright and everyone is going to he able to see you and watch your form. Spent most of the class with Jay. She was really encouraging and positive and made sure everyone had a good grasp of the basics. Everyone is really welcoming and accommodating of all skill levels.

I got a bit lost finding my way to the classroom, but the class itself was great! Ryan provided clear instructions, added modifications for both beginner and more advanced students. Good pacing too!
