I’ve been avoiding solid core because of a shoulder injury but after today think this is exactly the strength training I need to get it back as long as I go slow and keep form over speed when training. Her coaching was incredible. Definitely take a class with her and it will ensure you want to take more.

I would love more form corrections/focus on form. I personally know that my form was all over the place because I was so focused on keeping up, so corrections would have been welcome!

It was nothing like his first class I took. There wasn’t much of a workout, for lack of better words. I’m hoping the next Friday class I book, would be like the first one I took with Michael.
