    Awesome class! Michael is a great instructor, always welcoming and motivating. He demonstrates each exercise, gives feedback and corrects form if needed. Today’s class consisted of an amrap workout (multiple exercises) with a pyramid finisher. I enjoyed the class a lot!

    Instructor is awesome and hilarious. You may be intimidated by her (today she was wearing a shirt that says "How to talk to me while I'm working out: DON'T lol love it), but she's really cool and nice! I love this class. It's a great way to incorporate weight lifting/strength training into your routine

    Kickboxing Conditioning

    Very intense and fun workout that is scalable. As a first timer Amadeu helped me focus on form and work on footwork to position myself correctly at the bag. Another coach, Jason made me feel very welcomed and helped wrap my hands prior to class.
